- Hello there my name is Alice and I have taken over for my mother and taken up the business of cake designing. I have done this for many years now and have completed all the Wilton courses and have studied with my mom who has over 20 years of experience. Cake decorating allowed my mother to stay at home with me when I was young and her love of the industry has rubbed off on me. This is something I enjoy and love to see the finished product; nothing makes me happier then creating a beautiful piece of art as well as seeing a happy customer. I hope to hear from all of you.

Alice - I'm so glad you're putting this site together. I absolutely love the cakes you've brought into work!! My favorite was the chocolate with cherry filling - it was the best cake I've ever eaten. The fondant roses you made were beautiful!!!
That is great. I am working to refine more recepies.
