Here is my sons 21st Birthday cake.
He was born on the 5 th of July Those fireworks will do it every time.
I did some chocolate covered strawberries on the cakes for the fourth to give them more color.

- Hello there my name is Alice and I have taken over for my mother and taken up the business of cake designing. I have done this for many years now and have completed all the Wilton courses and have studied with my mom who has over 20 years of experience. Cake decorating allowed my mother to stay at home with me when I was young and her love of the industry has rubbed off on me. This is something I enjoy and love to see the finished product; nothing makes me happier then creating a beautiful piece of art as well as seeing a happy customer. I hope to hear from all of you.
